We want Seatbelt to earn its place in your merge loop. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we’ll refund that payment in full — no interrogation required.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again after that. We generally don’t refund partial months beyond the guarantee window above, but if something went wrong on our end, reach out and we’ll sort it out.

How to request a refund

Email support@getseatbelt.ai from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
